Overview We're looking for a Business Lead to help shape what's next - commercially & structurally. You will: Turn invention into scalable revenue Structure new business models Unlock partnerships beyond traditional agency scopes Help position LeGarage as the future-facing growth engine within LePub and beyond You will operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial design, and entrepreneurial execution. Responsibilities What You'll Do 1. Turn Innovation into Business Develop monetization frameworks for new products, platforms and experiences Build scalable revenue models (licensing, partnerships, ecosystem plays, etc.) Translate creative ambition into commercial logic 2. Drive Strategic Growth Identify high-value opportunities across markets Lead senior client conversations Shape expansion into new offices and territories 3. Build the Ecosystem Unlock partnerships with tech, media, cultural and platform players Structure co-investment and shared value models Connect brands to culture in non-traditional ways 4. Help Define the Future of Marketing Challenge legacy agency thinking Push toward productized, tech-enabled, performance-driven innovation Help formalize LeGarage's growth playbook for 2026-2030 Qualifications Who You Are 8-12+ years in growth, venture building, innovation or strategic leadership Comfortable operating with C-level stakeholders Strong commercial instinct + entrepreneurial mindset Experience in agency, consulting, digital platforms, tech or start-up ecosystems Able to operate in ambiguity and turn vision into structure You are excited by building something that doesn't fully exist yet.
