As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing and improving business processes based on stakeholder requirements. Your tasks will include:
* Implementing business processes and enhancing existing ones based on business and technical requirements
* Thinking from both the user and business perspectives
* Running and maintaining scripted processes regularly
* Structuring data for reporting and analytics, supporting reporting needs by preparing usable datasets
* Debugging and troubleshooting issues
* Reverse-engineering and documenting systems
* Participating in technical discussions with vendors (in collaboration with relevant stakeholders)
* Collaborating with international teams of business analysts and developers

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys working in a collaborative, international environment. You should have:
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in database-related roles
* Deep knowledge of MS SQL and database structures
* University degree, preferably in IT or a related field
* Familiarity with programming fundamentals (language not specified)
* Understanding of project management tools or methods
* Strong English communication skills
* An analytical mindset that embraces challenges and persists through complex issues
* A team-oriented attitude and a reliable work ethic
Advantages:

* Knowledge of infrastructure-level server operations
* Familiarity with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
* Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
