Job Description:
As Business Controller CEE, you will play a key role in steering the financial performance of a rapidly growing region. You act as a trusted business partner to the Regional Leader and Managing Directors, translating strategy into actionable financial insights and KPIs.
You combine strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on mindset and act as a driver for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
* Analyze financial performance and explain variances vs. budget and forecast
* Translate strategic objectives into clear KPIs and performance frameworks
* Support decision-making through business cases and scenario analyses
* Monitor and optimize cost base and net working capital
* Act as primary finance contact for regional leadership and country management teams
* Drive performance improvement initiatives across the region
* Collaborate with finance peers across countries and business line functions
Qualifications:
Your profile
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
* 2-5 years of experience in business controlling or similar role
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach
* Comfortable working independently and in an international environment
* Strong communication skills with ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
* Experience in a corporate/multinational environment
* Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of Cognos is a plus)
* Fluent in English
