Tasks:
* Manage and coordinate the Vice President's calendar
* Organize internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, workshops
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries
* Maintain effective communication with direct reports, business units, customers, and executive leadership teams
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
* Plan, organize, and coordinate management meetings, leadership conferences, workshops, and business reviews.
* Prepare agendas, presentation materials, briefing documents, and decision papers
* Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities
* Maintain filing systems, SharePoint sites, collaboration spaces, and management documentation
* Ensure high-quality standards for executive documents and presentations
