As a member of our Technical team, you will lead all Lean related activities at our plant in Hungary by

* Educating and introducing Lean culture and tools to our employees and their leaders
* Carrying out the tasks and measurements required for the introduction and extension of Lean, drawing conclusions, proposing improvements and directions, managing their implementation

* Participation in industrial development projects, active support of industrial strategy
* Monitoring of LEAN development through audits

Ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal

* Relevant university or college degree
* At least 3 years of comprehensive, professional experience in lean/ operational excellence / continuous improvement
* Fluency in English and in Hungarian
* Independent implementation and project management experience
* Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making and planning skills
* Excellent sense of communication and collaboration with blue collar employees
* Facilitation skill
* Lean experience gained in automotive industry is advantage
* TPM knowledge is advantage
* Experience in production in FMCG or in process industry is advantage
