* Provide high-level (2nd and 3rd level) support and maintenance for a Mainframe-based application, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
* Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis, implementing solutions to ensure system reliability and availability.
* Manage incidents, change requests, and maintain system performance and stability in collaboration with the maintenance team.
* Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
* Collaborate closely with the development team to implement long-term solutions and improvements

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Senior experience in Mainframe environments, particularly in application maintenance and operational support.
* Strong ticket handling skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in the German language for daily communication and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
* Strong track record in 2nd and 3rd level operational support roles.
* Effective teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
