Project Manager (Legal Innovation)

In this role You will:
* Oversee the delivery of innovation projects across the legal organization by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring project governance standards are met
* Assist stakeholders in planning, reporting, and monitoring project performance
* Help maintain PMO frameworks, tools, and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency across projects
* Contribute to the successful delivery of project outcomes by supporting risk management, scheduling, resource tracking, and change-control processes
* Act as a central point of coordination for project communications, ensuring clarity, transparency, and accuracy
* Lead and oversee the delivery of complex projects and programs, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards
* Provide leadership within the PMO function by defining, embedding, and continuously improving project governance, standards, and delivery practices
* Act as a trusted delivery partner to senior stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans
* Drive consistency, transparency, and control across the project portfolio while enabling flexible and effective delivery
* Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to capability uplift across the organization

What You will need to be successful:
* Significant experience delivering projects within a structured PM or PMO environment
* Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
* Strong understanding of project and portfolio governance, assurance, and reporting frameworks
* Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
* Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
* Experience working with multiple delivery methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
* Strong leadership skills with experience guiding and developing project team members
* Advanced proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI)
* Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, including executive-level reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make evidence-based decisions
* Proficiency in English language
