We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Budapest. The role involves supporting clients, ensuring clear communication and efficient management of orders and complaints.

CS specialist tasks
* Process customer orders accurately and on time.
* Manage order lifecycle: submission, modification, and cancellation.
* Handle claims and returns, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
* Enter orders into the system, issue invoices, and approvals.
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and complaints via phone and email.
* Operate internal business systems and maintain accurate records.
* Process complaints: receive, document, communicate with production, and resolve in internal systems.
* Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare and analyze reports as requested by the superior
* Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of Customer Service & Logistics.
The candidate must also have:
* excellent knowledge of the English language, written and verbal
* previous experience/knowledge with ophthalmic lenses and optical equipment
* computer skills (Microsoft Office, the Internet and Outlook)
* a friendly, impartial and flexible approach to work related tasks;
* working experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement);
* strong organizational and time management skills
* good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* an eye for detail and neatness
