Are you passionate about cars, customer satisfaction, and seeking an exciting career in the motor industry? Our client is a leading car dealer in Ireland since 1922 is seeking self motivated individuals to join their sales team. Previous car sales experience is essential for this role.
Working Hours: Mon - Sat (Sun plus one weekday off)

Main Responsibilities:
* Meeting and exceeding Targets
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded.
* Achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling finance and insurance products.
* Building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promoting suitable vehicle features and benefits.
* Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
* Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry
Requirements:
* Proven experience in car sales (min 1 year)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Hold a full, clean Irish driving Licence
* Live no more than 40 mins from Waterford
* Good computer Skills
