Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Metal Fabrication Technologist Engineer with expertise in carpentry, welding, and machining processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical standards, optimizing production methods, and ensuring high-quality, cost-e?ective, and sustainable manufacturing solutions.

Your Impact

* Define and maintain technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining processes.
* Manage technical documentation and deliver internal training programs.
* Evaluate new technologies and propose updates to existing standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
* Conduct testing and validation of components to meet performance and safety requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and materials.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You enjoy working in a team and are interested in product innovation. You are results and customer-driven and strive to continuously improve.
What you should bring:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining technologies.
* Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
* Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Project management capabilities.
