For our headquarters in Rome, we are looking for a Strategy and New Initiatives Specialist.

The role will involve the following activities:
* Support the identification, evaluation and implementation of investment opportunities linked to business development initiatives, to the entry into new markets and to innovation initiatives
* Support the Top Management in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
* Produce reports to present to the Top Management the outputs of the strategic initiatives analysis
* Support the strategic planning and market analysis processes, monitoring competitive scenario and market positioning of products/services

Required Skills and Experience:
* Degree in Business / Economics / Management Engineering
* 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role
* Previous consulting experience strongly requested
* Excellent business modeling, financial and strategic planning
* Excellent analytical skills, and a strong eye for capturing relevant details
* English proficiency
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong team player with good networking and leadership skills

How Does the Recruitment Process Work?
