* Monitor HSE training and competency requirements, identify gaps, coordinate training activities and ensure qualifications remain valid and up to date.
* Coordinate occupational health activities, including medical appointments, fitness-to-work records, and compliance monitoring for employees across office, service and site operations.
* Coordinate PPE and workwear management, including procurement, distribution, inventory tracking and record keeping for employees and site personnel.
* Maintain and organize HSE databases, qualification platforms and document management systems, ensuring accurate records, timely submissions and efficient access to information.
* Support the development of relevant HSE deliverables (e.g. POS, DVR, DUVRI, PSC, work instructions, operational instructions and forms)

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Degree in Tecniche della Prevenzione nell'Ambiente e nei Luoghi di Lavoro (TPALL), Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, similar.
* ASPP qualification or willingness to obtain it.
* Basic knowledge of Italian HSE legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08).
* Fluency in Italian and English
