The SNA (System&Network Administrator) is the first level support for the User Ground Segment end-user systems. He/She executes all activities related to system administration of the UGS (User Ground Segment) executing preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. He/She shall work in an integrated team following H12 5/7 and H8 weekend, work shift c/o Aeroporto di Pratica di Mare.

Activities/Responsibilities
* Technical supervision of mission systems (HW/SW)
* Technical (HW/SW) anomalies management: Investigation and analysis of anomalies
* Corrective and preventive maintenance management: routine and scheduled audits of all systems
* System administration policy
* UGS internal network and front-end network administration: monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance
* HW installation/configuration
* Definition and maintenance of workarounds and troubleshooting procedures

Qualifications / Experience
* Engineering or technical discipline degree
* At least 2 years of experience

Essential Skills
* Good Knowledge of Linux operating systems
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems
* Experience IT/ground segment technologies: relational databases, virtualization, networking, etc.
* English knowledge

Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of Networking, Network Protocols and related issues
* Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, Bash script, Javascript)
* Basic knowledge of ICT security elements
