Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
* Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for retail systems and applications.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and testing teams.
* Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with stakeholders.
* Analyse existing retail processes and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Validate solutions through testing, user feedback, and post-implementation reviews.
* Ensure all deliverables comply with internal standards, data governance, and IT policies.
Project Management
* Plan, manage, and execute business analysis activities across all project phases.
* Support project planning, budgeting, and reporting for local and EU retail technology initiatives.
* Track project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery.
* Coordinate dependencies between business and technical teams to maintain project alignment.
* Maintain project documentation and status reports according to company standards.

Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business, IT, and vendor teams.
* Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Secure stakeholder sign-off on requirements, scope, and deliverables.
* Conduct presentations and walkthroughs for solution validation and decision-making.
* Team Leadership and Mentoring
* Mentor and support junior project managers and analysts on documentation, process, and delivery.
* Share best practices and tools to improve team capability and consistency.
* Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Retail Technology team.
Communication and Reporting
* Coordinate the creation and distribute the IT Market Update newsletter to key audiences.
* Prepare regular project and analysis reports for leadership.
* Communicate key findings, risks, and recommendations in a clear and concise way.
