Your role:
As a Technical Promoter Low Voltage, you will be part of the Electrical Promotion Team, contributing to Promotion and Prescription of EP Products in Northeast (Padova, Venezia, Treviso, Verona) within the Smart Infrastructure Business Unit of Electrical Products (EP). our day-to-day responsibilities will include promoting EP products and working closely with the network of engineers and partners to support sales activities at regional and national level..
You'll make an impact by:
* Promote EP solutions to leading engineering firms within the assigned territory, with a particular focus on increasing the market penetration of the entire range of low-voltage products.
* Developing and expanding Engineering networks and strategic partnerships, strengthening technical engagement across the ecosystem.
* Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams within EP and other business units, helping to generate sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of current offerings and market opportunities.
* Designing and implementing data-driven tools, reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance versus budget, enabling informed decision-making and accurate forecasting by management.
* Engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customer decision-makers, positioning EP solutions as preferred technical choices in complex projects.
* Integrating the customer perspective into innovation processes, delivering actionable insights to support the development of competitive and value-driven solutions.
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and competitors' portfolios, continuously benchmarking and identifying differentiation opportunities.
What makes you a great match:
Core Requirements
* Experience in prescription and technical support of Low Voltage Components within Infrastructure and Residential market
* Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent or Technical High School Diploma
* General knowledge of LV and MV panels and electrical distribution
* Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international
* Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
* Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team
Preferred Requirements
* Passion and readiness to manage issues related to technological innovation including IoT and Industrial Clouds
* Excellent communication and relational skills, enthusiasm and passion

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is EURY48.000-EURY63.000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
