Customs Compliance Reporting and Auditing

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Customs Compliance Reporting and Auditing
* Validate inbound permits against shipping invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Prepare and submit compliance reports to Finance within established timelines.
* Freight Bill Verification Approval and Accrual Reporting
* Review, verify, and process freight invoices for approval and submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.
* Perform monthly freight accrual activities to support accurate financial accounting and reporting
* End to End Coordination of Engineering Sample
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline the request process and ensure all requests are properly documented, tracked and fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
* Process Automation & Digitalization
* Demonstrate the ability to explore, contribute, and implement digitalization initiatives to automate operational tasks, driving process improvements through hands-on experience.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Bachelor's degree in International Business / Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Computing / Data Science or similar field
* Academic and practical exposure in Excel Macro, Tableau, Python or otherprogramming languages is an advantage
* Excellent analytical skills with prior experience in business and data analytics
* High integrity, pleasant personality with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
