FREELANCE H&S Administrator
Role & Scope
The H&S Administrator provides dedicated on-site administrative and operational support directly to the H&S Team Leader. The Administrator acts as the central control point for document verification, reporting workflow management, and record preservation.

Detailed Responsibilities
* Coordinator Report Verification: Review, log, and cross-check all field inspection reports, checklists, and observations submitted daily by the H&S Coordinators to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
* Documentation & File Management: Maintain a fully organized, audit-ready digital and physical filing system for all site H&S documentation (RAMS, Skill Cards, TBT records, contractor induction logs, and permits).
* Reporting & Analytics: Assist the Team Leader in compiling data for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking metrics, specifically maintaining accurate logs of daily AVPs, active contractor details, and open safety actions.
* Daily Reporting Logistics: Co-author and dispatch the end-of-day operational recap report to STMicroelectronics Management and the H&S Project Supervisor.
* General Administrative Support: Organize safety committee meetings, record accurate minutes, manage action-item tracking registers, and support internal and external audit preparation.

* HSP- Health and Safety Plan means a document establishing the rules and information applicable to the construction site and the specific measures concerning work which falls within one or more categories of Schedule II of the legislation
