About the team
You will be joining Global Commercial IT, OBU- an outstanding engagement organization at the forefront of the technology revolution in healthcare for (COMPANY NAME). It supplies the technology, engineering, data and analytics expertise which delivers the Commercial Platform underpinning (COMPANY NAME)'s data and digital strategy. We are looking for data, technology and change guides to join GCIT that will ensure this ambition is met.

About The role

Are you looking for a new challenge? Where you will support to shape the future for our business partners. As a Business Analyst supporting Innovation and Partnerships for the Oncology Business unit, you will leverage your subject matter expertise in IT, requirements gathering, influence and engagement to drive quintessential and transformative projects to reshape Global Commercial IT support for the OBU. You will provide experienced business analysis for the OBU IT by being a hands-on business analyst and shaping business critical data projects. You will work with key partners to help them to identify and prioritize innovative and emerging technology solutions that will most effectively enable them to achieve their business objectives, as well as delivering high impact arguments for emerging needs. You will identify key partnership and vendor opportunities for IT collaboration that will enable stakeholders in Commercial, Medical, Business Transformation to drive exceptional solutions.

The Business Analyst performs business analysis and design either alone delivering small to medium size business change activities; or as a member or lead of a BA team in a large or global business change. The Business Analyst operates with a high level of interactive communication, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity.

The role will partner with the Business Relationship Manager, taking responsibility to deliver high quality business cases, business process designs and ensure that proposed solutions meet established (COMPANY NAME) quality and compliance standards and business solution needs.

The Business Analyst will share best practices in relevant communities of practice, contributing to internal IT processes and standards for business analysis and design.

The Business Analyts will be accountable for:
* Complete feasibility assessment for all new campaign designs and engagement with the Product Owner and business at an early stage to identify and select a commercially pragmatic Technology solution that delivers value as quickly as possible to HCPs, patients and AZ.
* Technical SME across omnichannel and web platform technologies, and the use of those technologies within AZ - OCE CRM, RHPAM (trigger); Adobe Suite - DAM, Campaign, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, etc; Tealium Audience Stream, Salesforce CDP, Marketing Cloud and Data / Reporting applications.
* Prompt engineering of tools and technologies to generate output that is relevant tot he end user with AI/Gen AI Technologies
* Raise demand with "new component" delivery team, and answer so the team can deliver Platform level improvements.
* Expertise in marketing technology tools and platforms such as marketing automation, email marketing, social media management, content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and others is crucial to integrate them seamlessly within the omnichannel ecosystem.
* Responsible for delivering and creating against a well-defined omnichannel ecosystem integration roadmap, leveraging product management development best practices. Implement and manage a cohesive and effective ecosystem that orchestrates engagement across all communication channels, including email, social media, mobile apps, websites, and personalized content, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Take ownership of the technical aspects related to data structures, processes, and interfaces within the web portal. Continuously improve and optimize these aspects to enhance system performance. Engage and plan enhancements based on current Tech Stack and look for sustainable scalability with new technology whilst enhancing customer engagement with Omnichannel Ecosystem.
* Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate, select, and implement technologies and third-party vendors to support the omnichannel ecosystem. Coordinate with other leads to align resources and ensure integration needs are executed in parallel with ecosystem roadmap requirements.

Requirements
Essential
* Bachelor's Degree is required.
* Two plus years in the pharmaceutical industry
* Minimum of 5 years documenting business requirements and developing and communicating arguments, experience working with JIRA and Agile methodologies
* Experience of working in a global organization with complex/geographical context
* Ability to drive results in white space and articulate clearly in a concise manner.
* Experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and critical thinking to deliver exceptional results.
* Engagement, communication, and collaborator management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills.
* Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions.
* Experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors
* High standard of written and spoken English
* Understanding of Multi-channel digital marketing platforms (web, email and social) and Content Management Systems is essential, with experience of e.g. DAM & CDP, CMS, Internal and External Email publishing platforms.
* Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change.
* Good understanding of networks, databases and other technology
* Agile tools and methodologies inc. JIRA.
* Professional experience as a product manager of integrations of data exchange products, particularly in SFDC
* Strong experience in developing, deploying and managing technical integrations across the MarTech ecosystems
* Proven experience in CRM management and omnichannel integration within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in the oncology segment.
* Ability and willingness to get into the details technically, either through prior hands-on experience integrating APIs or through close prior experience working with engineers, such that you can comprehensively articulate and scope an integration's technical needs and business implications with both internal engineers and external business stakeholders
* Exceptional technical project management skills
* Communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

Desirable
* Understanding of oncology pharmaceutical sales and marketing processes, including an understanding of the regulatory requirements and compliance considerations.
* Technical Project Management Certification and implementation experience in large organizations.
* Experience of effectively deploying business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change.
* Practical usage of Agile Methodology, including assembling requirements as user stories.
* Experience of working with sophisticated coordinated systems, using creative and critical thinking to deliver exceptional results.
* Experience of working in a regulated environment.
* Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions.
