Responsibilities
The Opportunity
As a Procure To Pay Analyst for Europe (Germany) you'll have close contact with global stakeholders and be part of our Control Shared Service Center to follow-up on our global KPIs.
Your Impact
* To run, distribute and improve recurring dashboards and analytical reports for PTP (Purchase to pay) process owners
* To support the PTP retained team with GR/IR clearings, A/P ageing monitoring
* To monitor OTC and PTP processes, and take actions for remediations with our outsourced shared service center and other departments outside Control
* To perform (regression) testing of system changes (SAP and others)
* To support ad-hoc projects and act as a backup for the PTP Process Manager
* Monitoring of OTC/PTP processes executed by GFSS (credit management, billing, cash application & collection including dispute management, vendor open items, vendor query management, … )
* Generate & distribute reporting: dashboards, bad debt reporting, monthly GR/IR reporting, etc.
* Improve and summarize reporting dashboards based on management feedback
* Manage the digital billing process
* Gather information for ad-hoc information requests from internal/external audits or any other ad-hoc inquiries from within BU (Control & other departments) or from Sector.
* Project member for ad-hoc projects, under supervision PTP process owner
* Support PGCS Key controls for PTP and GRIR on a weekly/monthly basis
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* Preferably bachelor in Economics/Accounting or similar, and at least 2 years of experience in Accounting and Control (especially in A/P & A/R), preferably in an international and complex environment
* Good interpersonal and communication skills: interacts fluently with other departments and with outsourced providers
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must have
* Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, organized
* Be a real team player with Can-do attitude / pro-active approach and fostering open communication
* Strong affinity with IT systems with Perfect knowledge of MS Excel/ MS PowerPoint
* Basic knowledge of SAP is a prerequisite
