Responsibilities
The Opportunity
As a One Touch & Process Automation Analyst, the candidate will gain in-depth exposure to end-to-end purchasing operations for beverage products while supporting the U.S. beverage market. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to key operational processes, including invoice validation and Proof of Delivery (POD) reviews, while driving impactful process improvement initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about automation, data analysis, and continuous improvement. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies, developing automation solutions, and enhancing daily operational processes that directly support business performance.
Your Impact
* Develop and implement automation solutions to improve purchasing processes and operational efficiency.
* Manage inventory records and maintain purchasing and inventory reports to support business decisions.
* Review invoices and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies by coordinating with carriers and Customer Care teams.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing operations.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages).
* Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, curious, and self-driven mindset.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Knowledge of programming languages or scripting tools is a plus, but not required.
