Now we're looking for a Bakery Chef de Partie who shares our passion for exceptional bread, viennoiserie, and artisan baking.

As our Bakery Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in crafting fresh breads, breakfast pastries, and baked specialties that reflect The Standard's bold, creative spirit. You'll work alongside a talented culinary team, bringing precision, consistency, and craftsmanship to everything that comes out of the oven.

What You'll Do

* Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads, viennoiserie, breakfast pastries, and specialty baked goods.
* Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all bakery products.
* Support the Pastry Chef in daily bakery operations and production planning.
* Maintain proper inventory, product rotation, and food cost awareness.
* Follow the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver memorable guest experiences throughout the hotel.
* Bring creativity, attention to detail, and pride to every product you create

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

What You'll Bring

* Experience as a Bakery Chef de Partie, Baker, or similar role in a luxury hotel, boutique property, or high-end bakery.
* Strong knowledge of bread production, dough fermentation, lamination, and artisan baking techniques.
* Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and continuous learning.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A positive attitude, creativity, and commitment to excellence.
