You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships. Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the role

* Lead and deliver complex engineering projects aligned with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and innovation.
* Act as a key driver in the technological transformation of the plant, supporting strategic investment and long-term engineering roadmap.
* Own end-to-end project execution, from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive impactful outcomes.

Location of the role: Atizapán, State of Mexico.

Your responsibilities

* Lead and execute large-scale engineering projects, including the installation of new production lines.
* Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and engineering practices.
* Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to align expectations and ensure project success.
* Identify and resolve technical challenges, acting as escalation point for complex issues.
* Support strategic initiatives, including plant master planning and long-term investment projects.
* Ensure compliance with safety (EHS), quality, and engineering standards across projects.

The experience we're looking for

* Proven experience in engineering roles, with strong exposure to large-scale project management.
* Proven track record managing complex, high-value projects (budget, timelines, resources).
* Background in manufacturing environments (e.g., liquids, powders, FMCG or similar industries).
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
* Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, mechatronics or similar).
* Advanced English (required for stakeholder interactions).

* Technical expertise in engineering processes, automation, data analysis, and safety standards (EHS).
