What awaits you?

Your mission is to ensure the perfect flow of materials by implementing Lean Logistics and mastering the interface between quality and supply chain operations.

* Take responsibility for implementing the Value-added Production System (VPS)within logistics. You will identify improvement potentials autonomously and lead the design of harmonized, continuous processes.

* Ensure the flawless execution of material planning, including Basic Data Management and actively managing stock levels per part number to maintain production stability.

* Conduct Methods-Time Measurement analysis to optimize manual logistical tasks and support the logistics balancing process to ensure efficiency.

* You are responsible for implementing contentions for damaged parts and reporting on rework and damage metrics.

* Manage the Process Change Request process and evaluate upcoming changes based on their practicability.

* Identify, agree upon, and implement improvement measures, verifying their effectiveness to ensure long-term target achievement.

What should you bring along?

We are looking for an analytical professional with a strong sense of ownership.

* University bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering or similar).

* 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Automotive Industry or Logistics.

* Professional background in Lean Production/Lean Manufacturing techniques.

* Knowledge of logistics process design and inventory steering.

* High level of initiative and assertiveness.

* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.

* Analytical thinking and a deep sense of responsibility regarding operational costs.

* English skills
