Are you passionate about industrial maintenance, automation, and technical troubleshooting? We are looking for a Maintenance Technician C to join our team and contribute to the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, diagnosing failures in machinery and automated equipment, and actively participating in improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance work orders through the CMMS system.

* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in machinery and equipment.

* Follow up on maintenance activities and accurately document completed work.

* Provide technical support and training to technical operators and newly hired technicians.

* Participate in machinery rebuilding, upgrading, and improvement projects.

* Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives within the manufacturing area.

* Diagnose and make adjustments to PLC-based control systems.

* Troubleshoot variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo drives, and stepper drives.

* Document electrical diagrams and maintain updated technical equipment documentation.

* Collaborate on machinery modernization and technology upgrade projects.

* Implement modifications and improvements to mechanical components to increase equipment reliability.

* Generate technical reports on shift activities and completed maintenance tasks.

Requirements

* Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.

* Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in industrial machinery.

* Experience working with automated equipment and industrial control systems.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical, electronic, and control schematics.

Technical Knowledge

* Industrial preventive and corrective maintenance.

* PLCs and industrial automation systems.

* Variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo drives, and stepper drives.

* Pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

* Industrial mechanics (gears, chains, pulleys, reducers, and couplings).

* Electrical and electronic diagram interpretation.

* Technical documentation and AutoCAD.

* Basic machining skills (lathe and milling machine).

* Industrial control system integration and improvement.

* CMMS maintenance management software.
