About this Position

Responsible for driving excellence in the execution of global innovations and in-store initiatives. This role ensures effective collaboration with marketing, product, and trade teams to implement sales strategies, enhance brand visibility, and optimize in-store execution aligned with business objectives.

What you´ll do

* Lead the execution of global innovation rollouts, ensuring high-quality and consistent implementation across markets.
* Collaborate with Trade Marketing Heads and marketing teams on planning, budgeting, production, and execution of all in-store activities.
* Partner with Product Managers and Marketing teams to execute sales promotions and product communication strategies effectively.
* Develop and implement trade programs aligned with overall sales strategies and business goals.
* Coordinate and monitor execution of sales-related activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret market and performance data to identify opportunities and optimize initiatives.
* Support Trade Marketing teams in executing activities and achieving sales targets and budget objectives.
* Ensure that product benefits, brand values, and brand equity are consistently and accurately communicated across all touchpoints.

What makes you a good fit

* Experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Sales Activation.
* Proven track record managing in-store execution and promotional activities.
* Exposure to global or regional marketing strategies is a plus.
