Involves performing a variety of on-site customer service duties to support efficient preparation of packaging, loading, and transporting of customer' shipments to U.S. domestic FedEx origination location from international location; responds to customer's needs including product, service, and shipping information; and identifies problems and resolutions to ensure quality customer service.

General job description:
Under general supervision performs the following activities:
* Provides on-site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.
* Prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground-shipped to U.S. domestic FedEx locations for FedEx distribution in the U.S.
* Coordinates loading of shipments at customer's location to met customer's shipping schedules and requirements.
* May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:
* High School degree/Equivalent.
* Proficiency in English (600 TOEIC points).

Minimum Experience:
* Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with FedEx products and services preferred.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Minimum Required Skills:
* Excellent human relations and organizational skills required.
* Basic PC skills required.
* Flexibility to work different shifts required.
