JobPurpose

The main purpose of thisrole is to support the daily MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) works on sitefocussing on mechanical & electronics and to ensure a 24/7 Data Centeroperations.

KeyResponsibilities

* Leadership responsibilityfor the Critical Facility Shift Technicians within the assigned shift team
* Schedule activities forCritical Facility Shift Technicians within the assigned shift team
* Perform preventivemaintenance and repair of critical technical assets
* Compliance with internaland external training programs
* Installation, maintenance,and repair of electrical systems
* Tracking of criticalprocess services using a CMMS system
* Processing and closing of customerservice orders according to the service level
* agreements
* Ensuring the correct andeffective functioning of the systems
* Support and accompanimentof subcontractors in the execution of activities, taking into account customeragreements and CBRE security and risk reduction measures
* Daily tours and inspections
* Identification of potentialrisks for the intended process or occupational safety
* Writing daily shift reportsand passing the information to the next shift
* Participation inalternating shifts
* Management support in allareas
* On-site contact person forthe customer and his employees in the specified area of
* responsibility

Experience, Knowledge,Skills And Abilities

* Completed vocational training / apprenticeship with sufficient professionalexperience in the above-

mentioned key areas, preferably in the areaof data centers or other critical environments

like production or oil and gas

* Experience in handling refrigeration and air conditioning devices
* Knowledge of how to use a CMMSsystem
* SPS /PLC knowledge is an advantage
* Recognizing complex technicalrelationships
* Strong service orientation andability to work in a team
* Confident use of MS Office
* Proficient in English andbasic communication skills in local language is preferred
