Descripción del puesto:

- Support monthly/quarterly financial close and reporting including Balance Sheet Schedules - Assist in preparing P&L analysis for business units along with analysis on category / seller level - Monitor budget execution and flag variances - Participate in ROI evaluation of promotional campaigns - Develop automated reports to improve efficiency

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields - Excel proficiency: Advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), PivotTables, Power Query, financial modeling - Financial systems: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Analytical skills: Ability to perform revenue/cost driver analysis, KPI tracking, and budget vs. actual variance analysis - Business acumen: Understanding of key e-commerce metrics - Working experience: 2+ years
