The Project:
Mace is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Americas City and Places sectors. The Project Coordinator will be part of our Mace LATAM Team based in Lima Peru, providing project coordination and administrative support to USA Commission managers leading Mace City and Places accounts.
The position involves significant transactional, administrative and problem-solving skills including the ability to understand technical and functional detail to help flesh out solutions related to key financial, procurement, project administration, procurement tasks in Oracle and support key compliance activities related. The successful candidate must be an expert using Oracle and proven experience on project administration using ERP systems.

You'll be responsible For:
* Promoting Mace's value of safety first, exhibiting visible safety behaviors, sharing lessons learned, and using safety moments and Mace's HSW framework to support the health, safety, and wellbeing of all Mace staff.
* Promoting a diverse and inclusive working environment and understand the importance of the wellbeing of the team.
* Assisting Commission/Account managers on entering and maintaining leads and prospects into Mace internal pipeline database.
* Assisting Commission/Account managers with transactional tasks in Oracle related to requesting an Oracle Project or contract, project setup (tasks breakdown, resource forecast, gross margin), adding team members, maintaining financial plan, updating project forecast, project billing and developing/generating monthly financial reports, weekly time sheets trackers.
* Providing project data required from Oracle to support commission/account managers on project reviews and analysis of financial reports. Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
* Supporting Commission/Account managers on keeping project documentation in place and up to date following Mace gateway governance and compliance process.
* Supporting activities needed to post job requisitions in Oracle Taleo (recruitment platform) and keep track of sector and business requirements.
* Supporting commission and account managers on capturing periodic customer satisfaction score document (Quarterly or mid-year).
* Raising invoices per financial calendar.
* Supporting commission/account managers on debt monitoring.
* Ensuring that purchase orders, contracts, amendments and any other type of agreements are filed in project specific SharePoint and linked to Mace governance system (Engage).
* Actively networking, innovating, and seeking understanding of best practices, utilizing the full depth of knowledge of Mace group, the centers of excellence, Mace way control center, and knowledge hub.
You'll Need To Have:
* Proven Experience of using Oracle Fusion.
* English/Spanish bilingual.
* Knowledge of transactional accounting and close processes.
* Experience of month end close processes.
* Excellent analytical skills and an ability to solve problems.
* Uses data, data analysis or other evidence to support solution finding process.
* Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way.
* Seeking opportunities to learn and share knowledge.
* Ability to support multiple commissions and accounts
* Excellent communication, presentation, written, and interpersonal skills.
* Tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
* Develops good working relationships with the project team.
* Project coordination experience.
* Degree in project management, finance, accounting, business administration or similar.
* Knowledge of multiple project delivery methods and understanding of all construction.
* Demonstrates a high level of self-organization, coordination, clear, concise written and verbal communication in English.
* Adapts and reacts well to changing priorities and requirements.
* Takes ownership to identify, solve and overcome challenges.
* Attention to detail.
* Knowledgeable of PMI, Lean Construction, and/or AACEI Cost Management principles.
