Your responsibilities would include:

* taking care of reconciliation of open items on vendor's accounts, and reduction of number of open items

* managing and reconciling outstanding, not cleared items on GRIR accounts

* developing and maintaining successful working relationships with stakeholders

* contacting vendors via email or phone

* providing reports on relevant database

You are a good match if you have:

* fluency in Portuguese

* English on at least B2 level

* very good excel skills

* 1+ years of relevant professional experience

* knowledge of SAP.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

* E2E knowledge of PTP process

* experience in GRIR maintenance and Vendor Reconciliation Process.
