ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Customer Success Manager ensures our most strategic clients maximise the value of LSEG's enterprise data solutions by driving adoption, retention, and growth. Acting as a trusted adviser, you will guide customers through their journey, aligning solutions to business outcomes and uncovering expansion opportunities. This role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and thought leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and long-term success.

* Ability to define and execute success plans aligned to customer objectives
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence at senior levels
* A proactive, data-driven approach to identify risks, mitigate issues, and uncover growth opportunities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Lead strategic engagement with key accounts to ensure adoption and satisfaction
* Define success plans, track milestones, and manage risks/retention to achieve customer objectives
* Educate customers on LSEG platforms, content, and technologies tailored to their workflows
* Monitor usage and account health to generate actionable insights and pivot strategies as needed
* Identify and drive organic expansion opportunities (up-sell and cross-sell)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and end-users
* Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Account mgmt.) to share customer insights and influence roadmap
* Contribute to shaping the vision and strategy of the Customer Success organisation

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles
* Strong understanding of enterprise data solutions and financial markets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
* Strategic thinking with a focus on customer outcomes and retention
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with LSEG products or similar platforms
* Familiarity with BI Dashboards and success metrics
* Leadership experience (mentoring or managing teams)
Soft Skills & Qualities:
* Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative approach and ability to influence cross-functional teams

Success Metrics:

* Renewal and retention rates
* Customer adoption and satisfaction scores
* Depth and breadth of customer relationships
* Identification and execution of expansion opportunities
* Effective risk mitigation and issue resolution

Career Stage:Manager

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł169,700 - zł282,900. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan, aligned with the company policy. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
