REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business scenarios.
* Ability to build and manage relations with internal stakeholders to drive collaborative success.
* Learning agility, collaborative spirit and result orientation. Adapt quickly to new challenges and continuously seek opportunities for growth.
* Very good, practical knowledge of Excel and Power Point to create impactful presentations and analyze data effectively.
* Good communication, presentation and time management skills to present your ideas clearly and manage your time efficiently.
* Good business acumen - apply your financial savvy to scenario modeling and analytics.
* Fluency in English & Polish.

* Fixed-term employment contract for substitution - in this position you will earn no less than PLN 13,200 gross per month

YOUR TASKS:

* Analyze, consolidate, and interpret business developments to support strategic decisions.
* Develop business evolution models under different strategies and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
* Prepare and present business budgets in line with management requirements.
* Understand the financial implications of our business and master its complexity.
* Support in assessing business performance and identifying growth opportunities.
* Being in the center of the long-term planning process & collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure continuous business growth.
* Present your analysis outcomes to the Management Team and collaborate with regional and global colleagues.
* Participate in cross-functional projects covering multiple geographies.
