PTP Specialist with French
Infosys Poland - Hybrid work from Lodz
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in Invoice to Pay (PTP) and Payment process
Working knowledge of SAP
French and English skills on minimum B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes)
Good understanding of accounting rules
Experience in performing month/year end procedures in Invoice to Pay process
Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (Master data management, invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment)
Act as SME for the AP process
Handle vendor queries - payment and invoice status clarification.
Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes
Strong customer orientation
Problem solving skills
