Job Description:

* Demand alignment with sales manager and ensuring supply planning mainly from Bosch plants
* Create delivery plans
* Daily contact with the sales team, product managers and suppliers to fulfill orders (main focus)
* Analyze key metric customer service level and find measures for improvements
* ABC Classification of parts
* Analyze, plan and track key planning parameters (safety stock, lead time, min lot size, rounding value etc.) for optimization of customer service and inventory level
* Manage bottleneck situations and supply concerns
* Coordinate physical movement of material
* Readiness of being key user of SAP-EWM and planning tool Maestro
* Participation in improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing activities

Qualifications:

* 5+ of experience in procurement planning
* Strong analytical skills; organized with excellent time management and follow up skills
* Ability to work independently and effectively with international supply base
* Target and service oriented
* Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments and different levels of management
* Key user ability for planning system
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
* Education: completed university studies in business economics, logistics, business informatics or a comparable subject
* Experience and Knowledge: experience in building and maintaining a network of international marketing, sales and customer contacts and experts; understanding of planning processes; experience in dealing with Big Data in Excel, Power BI and other IT applications
* Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English
