About the job
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Global DBS Assistant to join our team at Danone. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the Global DBS function by managing team activities, supporting Directors, and coordinating communication and logistics.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Managing common activities and calendars for the DBS team,
* Acting as the communication coordinator for regular and ad-hoc DBS activities and events,
* Coordinating DBS stakeholder meetings, phone calls, and video conferences,
* Organizing and coordinating travel for regional meetings and business trips,
* Providing support for guests visiting the location (hotels, transfers, restaurants, translations, catering),
* Managing agendas for team meetings and off-site sessions,
* Processing invoices in the One Buy system and managing expense reimbursements,
* Supporting document signing, correspondence, and translations.
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills,
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
* Proficiency in managing calendars, travel arrangements, and event logistics,
* Good communicative level of English and Polish (min. B2),
* Experience with administrative processes and financial systems (One Buy) is a plus
