You will execute warehouse / transportation operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution.

How you will contribute

You will:

* Management Capacities Balancing - analyze and verify capacity utilization. Manage peak periods effectively.

* Transport Management - collaborate with transportation providers and MDLZ Load Control Centre (LCC) to ensure punctual and efficient inbound and complete delivery to MDLZ customers. Monitor transportation activities.

* Quality - own Track and Trace / Hold Release processes. Ensure adherence to quality and safety guidelines. Oversee shelf-life monitoring and management.

* Continuous Improvement & Innovation - drive digitization, automation and process improvement. Support local and regional projects. Continuously seek and identify opportunities to enhance productivity. Initiate and deliver continuous improvement projects.

* KPI - drive performance through KPI monitoring and data-driven corrective actions.

* Budget - build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities. Manage accrual process and control invoicing correctness.

What you will bring

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain functions is an asset

* Experience with Microsoft applications, especially advanced Excel proficiency

* Analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset

* Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP

* Business-level English proficiency
