Job Description

Minimum required Education:
High School Diploma, Vocational Education.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Installed Base Management, Service Processes or equivalent.

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within Installed Base process you are responsible for the registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer's needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Your role:
* Registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents
* Maintaining customer installed base for parts consumption and removal of defective items
* Carrying out on daily basis analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field audits
* Updating statuses of installed products e.g. scrapped, storage, dismantled, operational
* Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
* Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant studies
* Fluent English
* Professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
* You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
* Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
* The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required
* Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
