Digital Content Designer / Copywriter Poland

The Digital Content Designer/ Copywriter Poland is part of the Digital Team and is in charge of:

* Creating advertising copy, product descriptions, articles, and other marketing content in line with Dior's brand identity, editorial standards, and business objectives.
* Translating and transcreating content from English into Polish, ensuring not only linguistic accuracy but also cultural relevance, emotional resonance, and alignment with the expectations of the Polish luxury client.
* Adapting global content and campaign messaging to local market realities, ensuring that all final content is designed specifically for the Polish audience rather than directly replicated from source materials.
* Writing and tailoring content for a wide range of distribution channels, including website, e-commerce, digital campaigns, social media, newsletters, online advertising, and personalized communication for boutique and e-boutique clients.
* Editing, proofreading, and refining content to ensure the highest standards of language, consistency, tone of voice, and stylistic excellence.
* Preparing content based on briefs, translating objectives into engaging copy.
* Analysing content performance and identify optimization opportunities.
* Collaborating with marketing, digital, and other teams to deliver impactful communication.
* Performing other duties when needed.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & MUST-HAVES: Professional experience in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally in luxury or premium brands. Excellent command of Polish (native-level preferred) with outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Advanced English, both written and spoken. Proven ability to translate, localize, and transcreate content from English to Polish. Experience in writing for digital channels (websites, e-commerce, social media, CRM). Advanced proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with CMS, e-commerce platforms, or CRM tools is a plus
