Program Support Team Executive

Job Purpose:
To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner programs and maintain and improve all administration aspects of programs

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for first line support of program within 3 day KPI
* Manage escalations to resolution
* Generation and Distribution of all renewal processes from central tea
* New Applications - Once passed by Sales team, process through to onboarding
* License renewal management
* Creation and Maintenance of Global Reporting Requirements
* Coordinating with PSM and Support Team members to ensure quality level of service at all times
* Escalation of issues to Management and others, and management of issue to resolution

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
* Highly numerate
* Time management and prioritizing skills
* Good communication skills
* Very good level of English
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Interpersonal Skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* IT industry knowledge - Channel, Vendors, Programme and Competition would be an advantage
