The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join SEPHORA UK as an OPEX Controller, playing a key role in driving visibility and control across our operating costs and supporting key business functions. In this role, you'll combine strong analytical expertise with a commercial mindset - supporting financial performance across Supply Chain, IT and HR, while helping leaders make informed, data-driven decisions. You'll act as a trusted partner to multiple business areas, translating complex financials into clear insights that drive performance, efficiency and smarter investment decisions. What you'll be doing… Support business performance by turning financial data into clear, actionable insights across key cost areas including Supply Chain, IT and corporate functionsDeliver accurate and timely OPEX reporting, ensuring strong visibility and control across costs under your scopeAnalyse performance vs. forecast and prior year, identifying risks, opportunities and key cost driversPartner closely with accounting and finance teams to deliver high-quality financials aligned with Group standards and deadlinesPlay a key role in monthly performance reviews, supporting senior stakeholders with clear, insight-led analysisSupport end-to-end forecasting cycles, ensuring strong alignment and accuracy across budgets, estimates and long-term plansAct as a key point of contact for HQ on cross-charges and Supply Chain financials, ensuring clarity and alignmentCollaborate with business leaders to build financial scenarios that support operational and strategic decision-makingCo-lead financial input into Supply Chain projects, supporting business cases and Group-level submissionsTranslate financial reporting into simple, meaningful insights for a wide range of stakeholdersBuild strong relationships across Supply Chain, IT and HR, becoming a trusted and credible finance partnerContinuously improve financial processes and ways of working to drive efficiency and better decision support What you'll bring… You'll be a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach, comfortable working across multiple functions. You will also bring: A degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting, with ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent desirableProven experience in an analytical or FP&A role, ideally within retail, e-commerce or a multi-functional environmentStrong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data and modelsThe ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholdersStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work at paceA collaborative and credible approach, with confidence working with stakeholders at different levelsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement Beautiful Benefits at SEPHORA UK When you join SEPHORA, you're joining a team that we truly value and our benefits reflect that.
