Job Description:

* Lead a development project (platform) of an innovative hydraulic motor including industrialisation and world-wide go-to market strategy.
* Lead a cross-functional, international team with care on cultural integration
* Align the team in a dynamic environment on project targets and steering committee (upper management) requirements.
* Responsible for ambitious timeline, cost and quality.

Qualifications:

* Background in Engineering, Physics or alike.
* Experience in creation of new products and in project management.
* Strong communication & collaboration as well as presentation skills.
* Highly motivated to drive an innovative project with a strategic foresight.
* Resilience in a dynamic & demanding environment.
* Fluent in English

Additional Information:

You would be reporting to the Vice President and are required to work 37 hours per week.
