Line Shift Leader

This role will play a critical part in our IWS journey in becoming a zero loss Supply Point and achieving our Compelling Business Needs (CBN), whilst focussing on the development and capability of our employees.

It is a critical role to enable the success of our site KPI's including Safety, Quality and Performance whilst also offering a clear pathway for professional growth, with opportunities to develop new skills and progress into more senior or cross-functional positions within the organisation.

Experience and Skills;
• Experience with running fast paced and high-volume production lines
• People management experience including wellbeing, absence management and employee
relations
• Demonstrable training and coaching experience
• Servant leadership
• Root cause analysis and decision making
• Excellent communication skills verbally and written
