Job Description:
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Sales department as the Integration & Optimisation Project Manager.
The department is responsible for large volume sales of the complete portfolio of Worcester Bosch products into a variety of sectors including Social Housing, New Build, Utilities & Large Infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Designing, executing and overseeing the comprehensive post-acquisition integration of our newly acquired Hitachi business in the UK.
* Leading a cross functional team from various departments in Worcester Bosch and our Hitachi business whilst ensuring regular progress report to the Integration Steering Committee.
* Ensuring that both organisations align and integrate seamlessly across all operational, commercial and administrative functions, safeguarding business continuity enabling the pursuit of planned synergy and growth targets.
* Post integration, the role will be responsible for continuous improvement of processes and liaison with global Trinity Project colleagues to implement best practice, realising further growth opportunities from the wider group integration.

Qualifications:
Education requirements:
* Educated to degree level in relevant field
* Project Management Expertise: Deep familiarity with structured project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or Six Sigma).
Skills & Attributes:
* Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to navigate complex corporate politics, manage competing priorities and influence at Board/Steering Committee level.
* UK Regulatory Literacy: Comprehensive understanding of UK employment law, corporate tax structures and commercial contract framework transitions.
* Exceptional Communication: Clear, concise writing and presenting skills, able to translate technical, financial, or legal complexities into actionable executive summaries.
* Resilience & Change Leadership: Empathetic yet firm leadership style capable of steering workforces through periods of change.
* Demonstrable knowledge of the UK heating market.
* Strong networking ability and exemplary relationship management skills.

Working Hours:
* 39 hours per week - standard working pattern of 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
