Overview We are hiring a Concierge to be the welcoming face and operational heartbeat of our 3rd floor at Television Centre. This is far more than a reception role-you'll play a central part in creating a seamless, positive experience for colleagues and visitors across Publicis Health and Publicis Media. You'll bring people together, keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, and help shape a workplace that feels professional, organised, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. Responsibilities Create a consistently welcoming and professional front-of-house experience, supporting visitors and colleagues from arrival through to departure Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of your floor, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-ups, and catering, working closely with hospitality and facilities teams Manage office essentials including stationery, post, lockers, couriers, and taxi arrangements Support onboarding by welcoming new starters, providing tours, and helping them settle in quickly Ensure AV and meeting room equipment is set up and ready each day, providing support when needed Collaborate with other concierges and support teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across the building Qualifications A friendly and approachable communication style that helps build trust with a wide range of people Experience in a customer-facing, front-of-house, or hospitality environment Strong organisation skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider team A proactive and reliable approach, with a sense of ownership over your responsibilities Ability to stay calm and solution-focused when managing multiple tasks or changing priorities A genuine interest in improving workplace experience and supporting others Additional information Employees joining The Pack, an early careers programme that connects, supports and develops you to kick-start your career with us, initially start with an annual salary of £28,860.
