Are you passionate about turning cutting-edge designs into reality? We're looking for Industrial Engineers to lead the industrialisation journey from design freeze to stable series production. This is your chance to shape how world-class products are built-ensuring they're manufacturable, safe, cost-effective, and robust.
About the Project
You'll be working on major transportation projects with a global leader in sustainable mobility solutions. This organisation is renowned for delivering advanced rail systems and pioneering technologies that keep cities moving efficiently and safely.
What You'll Do
* Enable Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfM/DfA): Collaborate with design teams, challenge concepts, and ensure seamless integration.
* Industrialisation Leadership: Create Industrial Data Sheets, PFMEAs, and define tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
* Shopfloor Excellence: Develop clear work instructions, optimise layouts, and validate method times for efficient production.
* Continuous Improvement: Solve problems, implement Poka-Yoke, and drive process optimisation.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For
* Education: Bachelor's in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (or equivalent).
* Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing/process engineering or industrialisation within the rail industry.
* Strong analytical skills, hands-on approach, and a passion for operational excellence.
