Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of solutions to customers in various industries, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and meet or exceed quality standards and expectations.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
* Financial Control: Ensure projects contribute to the BU financial forecasts as expected and that we are seen to be exceptional value for money to our customers.
* Technical Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our technologies and services to drive innovation in our project delivery approach.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in project management, ideally within the Industrial and Process automation field.
* UK Driving Licen
se
* Knowledge of SCADA or DCS system solutions, industrial or process automation, and related technologies..
* A passion for driving sustainability and digital transformation in various industrial sectors.
* PMP or similar qualification an advantage.
