* Own dependency management across multiple Labs, platforms, and external suppliers
* Act as the senior interface between suppliers and executive-level stakeholders

* Strategic Stakeholder Management - Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners
* Delivery Expertise - Proven track record of managing high-risk, complex implementations
* Resilience and Composure - Skilled at operating in high-pressure environments with sound judgement
* FNZ Familiarity - Experience with FNZ platform or tech stack is highly desirable
* Leadership Skills - Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to deliver with excellence

* Share schemes including free shares
* 30 days' holiday plus bank holidays
* Flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle
