Apple Live Operations is looking for a Network Operations Manager to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the future of live sports at Apple. You will be responsible for coordinating production planning and executing critical platform workflows to ensure all first-party live sporting events are delivered seamlessly on Apple tv. In this role, you will manage the pre-event and post-event stages of our live broadcasts. The Network Operations Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure the requirements for all internal teams are met leading into a live event, as well as manage regular communication with external leagues and distribution partners. You will be responsible for delivering a reliable and optimal Apple tv live experience and product for our viewers.
Proven experience in a production management role within either a live broadcast environment, or streaming in a high-tech mulitmedia environment. Proven ability to deliver complex end-to-end workflows while maintaining a keen attention to detail. Experience with project management and planning process for large-scale initiatives. Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external partners, vendors and stakeholders. Skilled in delivering concise and timely communication, both written and verbal. Adept at managing and leading teams through unexpected changes.
A strong understanding of live television production and technical workflows Experience regularly leading meetings and crafting executive-level reports Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities at once
