About the Role
The Procurement and Supply Chain team are responsible for the processes and materials behind the manufacture and distribution of the goods that THG creates and sells. The work the team does is critical in ensuring the business is competitive in the market.

As a Operations Planner in Retail & B2B you will:
* Maximise product availability and sales through the Retail/B2B arm of the division globally.
* Analyse adherence to forecasts and partner with customers to enhance accuracy over time.
* Manage new Retail product launches end-to-end, ensuring seamless supply chain processes from concept to delivery through cross-departmental collaboration.
* Identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes to optimise efficiency and performance.
* Lead projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the Retail and B2B supply chain on a global scale.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
* Strong numerical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel (SQL is desirable).
* Background in supply chain, B2B, or commercial operations.
* Experience working with operations and sales functions
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to manage cross-functional projects effectively.
* Knowledge of global supply chain processes and trends is advantageous.
