We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our security team! In this role you will enable transformation delivery through the capture and analysis of user and business needs, ensuring outcomes are aligned with security programme and security strategy.

Key role responsibilities
* Work as an integral member of the project team to support successful delivery of transformation in the security program working with Security Programme Manager, Project Managers and Regional BISOs to define business cases, feasibility studies and vendor selection
* Facilitate workshops, meetings and documents to elicit, review, define, prioritise and document security requirements
* Document as-is and to-be processes, make process improvements and simplifications where appropriate and applicable
* Identify, define and champion security data sets and requirements to support programmes/project delivery and security strategy
* Assist with user acceptance testing of security requirements
* Manage post project reviews
* Secure cross functional/business buy-in and integration of security project and program requirements into broader business/functional programs of work
* Manage key stakeholder engagement across multiple brands, teams, functions and 3rd parties
* Ensure all security requirements are embedded into BAU operations to continue to deliver measured business benefits

Qualifications
* Fluent English skills (C1) written and spoken
* Experience with MS Visio, swimlane processes, Workfront, Excel, basic understanding of data analytics desirable
* Experience in a client-facing business analysis role and in business analysis methods/techniques, analysis with broad domain knowledge suffcient to define, prioritise, deliver and embed business requirements through people, process and technology.
* Security project experience is valued but not essential
* Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
* Stakeholder management skills and experience in running successful workshops
* High level awareness of a variety of software development methods
* Experience of the business analysis across all stages of the project lifecycle
* Proven experience of operating in a matrixed organisation to deliver both regional and global requirements
* Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams
* Ability to analyse problems from multiple perspectives to collaborate to deliver successful outcomes for all stakeholders
* Experience in managing senior stakeholders and able to adapt approach/style to different individuals and teams
* Comfortable with managing uncertainty, ambiguity, and change to make decisions and recommendations
* Bachelor's degree or BSC/IIBA BA qualification preferred but not essential
